I’ve been on keto for 6 weeks and have lost 20lbs. I did a low calorie diet with daily exercise and some weight training for 2 months prior and lost 25lbs. For the past month I’ve been doing heavier weight training and have seen some gains but I want to get serious about it and begin building mass. I currently take creatine, bcaas, preworkout, and protein. I was thinking about going on a moderate to high carb diet or a cyclical keto diet. Any suggestions? Also, I have a glycogen supplement. Would it be benifical to take it in smaller quantities in any kind of keto diet?
